It is an independent power source which uses grid-certified equipment, but MPLBs can be applied off-grid as well. On the electric grid MPLBs can be applied for Demand Reponse at the Distribution Edge of the Grid at the furthest point from power generation to produce the most savings on natural gas usage. As an Independent power soure MPLBs enable Manufacturing, CRE, and home developers to access additional or remote power on demand.

MPLBs are finished construction. They add value to any property where they are built. MPLBs are constructed renewable energy platforms with fully finished exteriors which allow them to fit into any urban, suburban, warehouse or industrial area. The MPLB qualifies for this special state run program which will provide 100% financing of your project. It requires that the investment must save or produce more than it costs per year. The MPLB meets this requirement and more! PACE Funding is unique because it is NOT A LOAN and does not need to be reported as an expense. Just like any additional structure, MPLBs can be supported by construction finance, project finance, and loans. MPLBs take buildings off-grid, so energy costs STOP once an MPLB is constructed. Energy cost savings plus equity gains, generate a ROI in 4 to 7 years for CRE valued at more than $4M. If you are applying MPLBs for electric grid work such as Demand Response, your savings from NG generator fuel usage responding to periodic demand; will generate an ROI is less than 10 years. At today's rates your ROI will be closer to 6 years at 50 KW/h applied to the grid close to a high demand location a significant distance from your NG generator or deisel.

Our construction requirements are minimal, our equipment usage is minimized, efficient, and with safety at its heart. MPLBs are actually constructed in only about a year after all finance, municipal, and regulatory requirements are complete. We will run completion tests at the location and initiate BPC Services.
BPC will monitor MPLBs 24 hours a day and provide a service call once every 3 months or as needed. We monitor equipment, data feeds and IT infrastructure. We maintain physical and IT security. We also provide clients with their own application to monitor power usage at their location. We will replace any equipment failure within hours of its failure and ensure that such failures do not impact the client. The MPLB can be connected as a backup source of power, which would meet new city regulations to require electric vehicle charging in multi-family housing and this is another source of revenues for your HOA.
Your initial costs include the costs of continuing service, maintenance and repair. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR ONGOING SERVICE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. Equipment failure is expected and covered by our service agreement and manufacturer warranties. When equipment serves beyond warranty coverage, your initial service fees, are used to cover equipment replacement and maintenance costs, indefinitely. After the initial investment, clients never see any additional costs. Even if the Client elects not to establish a PPA with the local utility, and there are no PPA revenues, the initial costs will cover all future service, maintenance and repair costs. There is only one price and no additional fees ever.
