MULTI-FAMILY BACKUP POWER FOR RESILIENCE

The MPLB can be applied as an embedded backup power solution. It is constructed within a new or rehabilitated building and it supports "Critical Family Infrastructure" (CFI). CFI are appliances which become crucial to staying within your home during emergencies. By keeping these appliances powered, residents are not forced out of their home due to prolonged power outages. They can "Shelter-in-Place" saving our economy $BILLIONS in costs due to emergency outages.

CLASSIC MULTI-FAMILY BACKUP POWER

We are exploring building our platforms as finished construction on urban & suburban properties, with more than 100 townhomes or condominiums. Often these properties have extra space for parking and open space where our platforms can be constructed. We can support existing housing which also makes their communities resilient and the costs can be serviced through a Homeowner's Association. We are seeking finance partners to make this Resilience Option available to low density communities.

Today the costs of projects are prohibitive unless you are tapped into the flows of government resources to help you overcome these barriers. CPACE, Inflation Reduction Act, Section 179D EECFB, Energy Star Appliance Rebates and other programs are not available to you because of our platforms.
